Made from a recipe in the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook. Thought I'd attempt to use a piping bag for the icing, turned out pretty well if I do say so myself. Although I think I may need to make double the quantity next time?
Now, what to make tommorrow? Lemon cupcakes? Red Velvet cupcakes? Or Nutty Apple Loaf?
