is a quilting technique I've seen on many blogs & forums. I love the effect of it but always thought it was out of my league. Then I became involved in a crafting swap on a forum I visit, & after speaking to my craftee & finding out her 'style' I decided a cathedral window cushion as the ideal gift.
I decided that I'd do a practice run first as it looked pretty tough.
But, I took my time & created this in about 2 days:
The points are supposed to match up better, but as this one was destined to live on my bed so I wasnt too fussed.
Tommorrow, I'll post photos of my second attempt & the rest of my craftees gifts.
