I had huge plans for Lilly-Rose's 2nd birthday cake.
Then I sprained my blooming wrist!! But I still made her cake, it didn't turn out anywhere near as good as I hoped. Turns out trying to roll fondant really thinly with a wrist strapped up is not easy.
So, the cake was pretty rubbish.
The topper however, was amazing!!!!!
It was made by my lovely friend Sarah, based on pictures of the birthday girl, from polymer clay, so that Lilly-Rose has an amazing keepsake to keep from her special day.
She offers bespoke claytoppers, her attention to detail is amazing & she is a lovely person to not only do business with, but to call a friend.
